                                            The maximum bending capacity of dw-89nc semi-automatic pipe bender reaches Φ 89*4mm iron pipe. The main structural parts of the machine are integrally formed by casting parts, and the structure is firm and reliable. The equipment pushes the rack elbow through the oil cylinder, with great bending torque, suitable for bending medium and large diameter and thick wall pipe fittings. It can also bend square tube, rectangular tube, angle steel, special-shaped tube and other profiles with different molds.

                                            Working Principle

                                            Dw-89nc semi-automatic pipe bender adopts pure hydraulic power to drive the equipment.
                                            The equipment drives the rack through the hydraulic cylinder, drives the gear to rotate, and drives the elbow arm to work, so as to realize the bending of pipe fittings. The bending angle is fed back by rotary encoder to realize the digital control of bending action. With the hydraulic slow bending function, the bending angle can be controlled more accurately, especially suitable for the bending processing of products with single or multiple bending angles in the same horizontal plane.
                                            The disassembly actions of the machine include clamping, bending, core pulling and side auxiliary pushing.
                                            Action flow of semi-automatic bending:
                                            1. Clamping pipe fittings (hydraulic drive, triangular locking structure design clamping pipe fittings);
                                            2. Elbow (driven by oil cylinder, the oil cylinder pushes the rack to drive the gear to rotate for elbow, and the encoder controls the angle);
                                            3. Core pulling (hydraulic drive, used when bending thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings, can be closed);
                                            4. Side auxiliary pushing (controlled by oil cylinder, carried out at the same time with the bending action, and assisted the forming of pipe fittings).

At the same time, the machine has thermal overload shutdown protection function to prevent equipment damage under abnormal working conditions.
                                            Clamping structure of triangle locking design
                                            The clamping structure adopts the triangular locking structure design, and the orifice plate mechanism is pushed by the hydraulic cylinder to achieve the three-point one-line locking function, which can effectively improve the reliability of the elbow.
                                            Quick change mold design, convenient for flexible production
                                            Semi-automatic pipe benders are often used in small batch and multi variety production conditions, requiring frequent replacement and adjustment of molds. This machine adopts a rapid die interface design, different dies can realize rapid disassembly and assembly, and micro adjustment can immediately bend the pipe.
                                            Air cooling or water cooling
                                            According to the environmental requirements of the customer's factory, the machine provides water cooling or air cooling system for selection. The water cooling effect is better, but the customer needs external circulating cooling water. Air cooling has certain heat dissipation effect, without any other external peripherals.

                                            The pipe fitting bent in this video is a 63.5x1.5mm 201 stainless steel pipe. The bending radius of the product is 76.2mm (1.2dr). The pipe fitting is relatively thin-walled and has a small bending radius. At the same time, the product needs to be bent 180 degrees, which is a product with high bending difficulty. Through the integral mold design, the machine is equipped with anti wrinkle mold and core piercing mold to successfully complete the product bending. The bending part of the pipe fittings is round and full, and the inner wall is free of wrinkles and the outer wall is free of fracture.
